About the Job
  • Coordinate & review with the Service Center Senior Manager the minimum amount for customer’s purchase orders.
  • Review with the customer the spare parts required versus the minimum purchase orders amount as agreed on.
  • Communicate with Planning Manager to ensure the availability of the required spare parts as per the yearly spare parts agreed on between the Service Center Senior Manager, and the customer.
  • Follow up the collection processes
  • Coordinate and set the forecast required spare parts.
  • Follow up with the Planning Manager to ensure that the production output will fulfill the forecast plans.
  • Follow up and monitor the delivery of the spare parts to the service centre warehouse.
  • Issue a report to Service Center Senior Manager indicating total net amount of the direct sales of “ Tank, Koldair, Braun, and filters versus target, and compare this figure to the previous year.
