Job Description
- Finalize tasks on time.
- Managing and leading technician teams
- Manage team of technicians
- Manage sub-contractors/vendors
- Manage & Controlling tools, spare parts
- Draw SLDs, power & control circuits
- Detect & specify system faults
- Firefighting operation experience (conventional FM200 & CO2 systems is a plus)
- Reporting for direct manager (call + SMS + e-mailing + incident reports + technical reports + PM/CM reports)
- Crisis management.
- Use Building management system
- Working within a specified scope of work
Job Requirements
- PMI PMP degree is an excellent plus.
- Genset operation PM/CM experience (Cummins & SDMO & MGS is a plus)
- DX HVAC experience (Libert & Stulz is a plus)
- Rectifier experiences (Emerson Actura & Netsure & 6500 & delta is a plus)
- Inverters & UPS experience (Libert – APC – Newave – Piller is a plus)
- Electrical or mechanical major degree of engineering is a must.
- Able to search on internet, use excel – word – power point – AutoCAD 2D – outlook (24/7) – PDF – image editing programs
