Job Overview:

Responsibilities include applying the fundamentals of customer service execution, developing relationships with customer teams, diagnosing evolving needs and seeking opportunities for expansion that will benefit customer businesses

Responsibilities :

  • Gain and maintain an understanding of each client’s situation and goals
  • Assess client needs and provide detailed documentation of client objectives and goals
  • Manage the client experience and expectations during project development and implementation Manage multiple client relationships, maintaining high responsiveness and positive relations
  • Utilize strong communication skills including the ability to work with all levels of the client organization
  • Identify opportunities and expand client accounts
  • Help innovate new services that expand our ability to meet client objectives
Job Requirements
  • Connect with people: charismatic, friendly personality with attention to detail; strong collaboration and listening skills
  • Leadership skills to guide client teams in the right direction
  • Presentation skills to lead calls, web conferences, and in-­‐person meetings
  • Produce client reports, document objectives and requirements, and manage client relations to retain clients and expand as opportunities arise
