Job Description
- Assist to review Contractors Quotations to ensure the reasonable pricing recommended for the final approval.
- Coordinating and Finalizing all the permits documents for the projects:
- Ministerial Decree
- Buildings Permits
- Infrastructure Networks
- Coordination between Architecture, Structure, and MEP.
- Preparation of Project Proposal, Tenders, RFP, Budgets, Billings, And Cash Flow Analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in architecture.
- Minimum 12 years of Experience in Design Management and Architectural Design Field.
- Previous Experience in Developer or Consultants Organizations.
