About the Job
  • Handle customer's inquiry, complaint, or problem.
  • Receive the order from customers and forward it to suppliers.
  • Follow up with suppliers.
  • Contact the courier company.
  • Follow up with couriers and make sure the order is received by the customer.
  • Digital Media.
  • Search for new ideas to add to the website and others.
  • Responsible for all related correspondences.
  • Handle project operation.
  • Other assigned tasks from the project manager.
Job Requirements
  • High University Degree.
  • English is a must.
  • Gender: Female.
  • Experience: 0 – 1 year in administration field.
  • Excellent Computer Skills.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Duration: Temporary (6 months).
