Job Description
- Control/Monitor the process workflow of warehouse activities in order to ensure the delivery of materials required for production and to align with the warehouse Standard Operating Procedures.
- Put the monthly plan for materials needed and stoke available.
- Allocate all the warehouse materials according to QA recommendation to facilitate the warehouse function.
- Ensure all the materials needed for sterilization are processed to avoid any product contamination.
- Manage all the rejected, expired and defected materials destruction on weekly basis.
- Resolve any problem that may arise within the department and all the other departments to improve the warehouse function.
Job Requirements
- University graduate (preferable pharmaceuticals background).
- Relevant experience at least for 10 years in similar position.
- Good command of English both written and spoken and good computer skills.
- ERP System User.
- Pharmaceutical industries background Experience .
- High leadership skills.
- Negotiation skills and high level of flexibility.
- Problem solving skills and ability to take decisions at contingency plans.
- Planning skills .
