Job Description

  • Participate with Project Manager and Project team in the initial project planning activities including project initial plan, kick off presentations, and analysis planning to ensure that all project activities are in compliance with customer requirements and covering all project objectives.
  • Orient all the project team members on the relevant quality processes, guidelines & work products of running projects to prevent process deviations and project non compliances during project execution.
  • Audit implementation of all project quality processes, guidelines & work products, to identify non compliances, plan for corrective actions, escalate the non-compliances to ensure alignment of process implementation with OMS quality standards.
  • Audit technical resources time sheets, identify utilization percentages, escalate time shortage Responsible for auditing the Time-sheets of the Resources in order to and Giving the Management the Right Project status.
  • Perform project configuration management activities including, document versioning, access permissions and release management to maintain correct document control & consistency of project artifacts throughout Project life Cycle.
  • Coach and provide technical support to the junior team members, through sharing knowledge, providing guidance and reviewing the completed work to ensure timely achievement of the team’s objectives in line with OMS Quality Standards.
  • Identify & assess with process owners all process improvement opportunities, enhancements to increase the quality maturity level of the process to ensure smooth implementation of the process during project execution.
  • Perform customer satisfaction survey to ensure taking necessary preventive/corrective action identify any process improvement opportunity to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Relevant Discipline
  • 9+ Years of Experience.
  • MS Office Suite.
  • Project Management Applications/Tools.
  • Development Tools (as TFS Team Foundation Server).
  • Fluent in English
  • Highly organized and punctual
