Control the accounting records and the applicable documents within due time, and ensure the records to be maintained under the proper accounts according to provisions provided under outstanding regulation
Submission and approval of taxpayer information of all stores to the tax office annually.
Ensuring equality of the salaries transferred to the personnel with the accounting department
Preparation of preliminary management and management reports monthly with budget comparison
Preparation of all consolidated returns/ declarations, submission and approval thereof to the tax office via electronic environment, (VAT Return, Withholding Tax Return, Provisional tax and Corporate Tax Returns, final trial balances).
Uploading and approval of the legal books to the system of the tax office by using (e-book) application.
Timely check the accounting records and relevant documents to ensure their integrity
Issuing Balance Sheets, Income Statements and similar financial tables.
Monitor any other operations as deemed necessary by GFM.
