Job Description
- Participate in the property consultant duty roster system of the company
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers
- Establish / develop and maintain client database
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking- Attend weekly sales meeting and attend to daily real estate inquiries
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers
Job Requirements
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Must own a car
- Negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and goal oriented
- Knowledge of real estate market
- Previous sales experience preferred
