Job brief
We are looking for a professional real estate property consultant represent Bahrawi Investment Co. to potential and new clients.
Job responsibilities include selling real estate on behalf the developer, providing guidance to potential clients, to facilitate the sales process, and opening new sales channels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them
- Perform comparative market analysis.
- Display and market real estate property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Promote sales through every channel available including face-to-face meetings, telephone, online, events, brokers…etc.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office familiarity
