Job Description
- Site Execution for all MEP works, installations and tests, Including HVAC, Firefighting and plumbing, indoor and outdoor works. According to BOQs, project specifications and Method statements.
- QS & BOQ Preparation and Sub-contractors’ quantity survey, including all apartments types, utilities, and Equipment.
- Drawings Revision of all Water supply, drainage, HVAC and more.
- Preparation of RFI documents, Variation orders, IRS, and all project communications with the client and consultants.
- Full revision and coordination of Tender Documents package. With Architecture drawings and furnishings.
- Full responsibility of the whole process; Construction, site monitoring, laborer, sub-contractors, material requests, Material quantity Tracking
Job Requirements
- Min. 10 Years in Site Supervision
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineerinng
