Job Description
- Lead New Product Launch Insights (50%): Conduct pre-launch research on color and specs competitiveness; post-launch user survey (to guide the selection of product selling points, marketing touchpoints, and communication strategies).
- Lead Local Cultural and Scenario Insights (40%): Analyze local usage scenarios with significant needs and acute pain points; explore local cultural nuances and content preferences (to guide local marketing content creation and style direction)
- Support other dedicated Projects (10%): Assist in studies such as consumer segmentation based on price range and target audience positioning.
Job Requirements
- Willing to travel and immerse in the market; capable of conducting field research personally based on project needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or above with 3-5 years of experience in consumer research.
- Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with hands-on experience in qualitative user interviews, survey research, data analysis, and report writing (sending your past reports with sensitive information removed is highly recommended).
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English, which can be used as working languages (Chinese written and spoken proficiency is highly preferred).
- Prior experience in consumer research within the mobile phone or electronic consumer goods industry is preferred.
- Highly responsible and results-oriented, with the ability to translate user insights into actionable strategies and promote a “user-centric” approach across various business departments.
