Job Description
- Delivery Management
- Identify / manage improvement needs, complaints and escalations beyond SI provider delivered services.
- Drive Workplace and Infrastructure services
- Drive User experience topics with interaction & collaboration with end users
- Request Management
- Intake and manage country related cross platform non-standard IT requests or complex standard combined requests and ensure appropriate handling and delivery.
- Implementation Management
- Contribute with country perspectives on cross platform IT service implementation projects to ensure feasibility and support needed.
- IT Operations Management
- Ensure Delivery Orchestration cross all IT units and cross all countries for key integration processes Incident-/Problem-/Change-/Request-/Complaint Management.
- Drive overall IT stability for local driver changes on local IT services.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Faculty of Engineering (Communication and Computer Sciences) or equivalent.
- Good knowledge in cloud-based technologies and current technologies available for IT & IS Application landscape.
- Five years’ experience in technical support.
- Very Good command of English Language (Written & Spoken).
- Excellent inter-cultural understanding and experience.
- Strong communication skills, analytical, structural, and strategic skills
