Job Description
As a Sales Representative, you are responsible for driving the success of our company in the competitive market of poultry and cattle feed. Your role is multifaceted, encompassing various key responsibilities aimed at expanding our customer base, increasing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of poultry and/or cattle feed products, including ingredients, nutritional content, and product advantages.
- Must have experience in Poultry and Cattle feed sales.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and potential customers through industry events, networking, and strategic prospecting methods.
- Ensure seamless order processing for timely product delivery, with a commitment to attention to detail and maintaining positive customer experiences.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies and remain competitive.
- Achieve sales volume targets covering the designated area.
- Follow up with customers to pay the amounts due to the company in a timely manner.
- Collection of security cheques payable from customers
- Improve marketing in general and improve the reputation of the company and its products.
Job Requirements
What do we expect from you?
- High qualification (preferably Bachelor of Agriculture or Veterinary Medicine).
- Proficiency in sales and negotiation skills.
- At least two years of experience in poultry and/or cattle feed sales.
- Highly developed empathic skills.
- Based on your communicative skills and power of persuasion, you can achieve a productive collaboration with other team members.
- You can distinguish between main and side issues.
- You are used to working under pressure.
- You are full of initiative, and you focus on the result.
