Job Description
Main Duties:
- Refines downtime collection process and supports process line staff in analyzing downtime, determining root causes and recommending long-term solutions.
- Leads to reduce process variability leading to waste, rate loss or compromised quality.
- Facilitates process improvement team and trains them in advanced concepts
- Supervise the production line, control normal run problems and waste of the raw material and finished product.
- Uses a fact-based approach with data/statistical analysis to improve the existing process.
- Control and follow up the production operation from the raw material mounting until the finished product delivered to the finished product warehouse.
- Keep the material & time waste to the minimum and ensure that the quality of the product is according to the quality standards.
- Issue the monthly production reports showing (Performance, Waste percentage, and Material Consumption).
- Ensure that the production process & staff are working according to the safety regulations.
- Ensures compliance with all ISO and Operational Excellence policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Menoufia university electrical engineering is a plus
- Recent Graduate in one of the following engineering majors: Electrical, Electronics, or any relevant engineering degree with 0 – 4 years of relevant experience (preferred)
- In addition to good knowledge of English, we also look for skills such as technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership and the ability to work with others.
- Strong Leadership skills.
