- Listen carefully to our online customers on our digital platforms to discover their needs & recommend the right choice from our company`s products.
- Answering online customers` questions about our products, providing full data about ingredients, method of use and benefits when required.
- Recommend the right choice of our products to our online customers according to the clinical case, the hair type, or the skin type, etc.…
- Helping all mothers finding the best & the safest for their children by providing free medical advice, recommendations, and consultation about healthy nutrition, vaccines, medicine, and cosmetics for their babies and kids.
- Ensuring the availability of necessary and supporting medical evidences related to our products to our clients
- Customer oriented and Customer focus while handling our clients’ concerns and inquires
- Enhance with the company’ strategy and the key message for each launched product(s) available at our markets.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of Work Experience in community pharmacies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in pharmacy.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Cosmetics background and OTC experience is a must.
- Excellent selling skills.
