Job Description

  • Handles the company’s sales activities in Egypt (rebates, Trade Loaders’ discounts …etc.), ensure the implementation process of the company’s rules and regulations, and verifies all expenses and debit notes raised by Distributors. Ensure the implementation of the company’s price list.
  • Conduct field visit for existing distributors/customers, as and when required. 
  • Implementing frequent updates of distributor’ information sheet as well as his legal documentation. 
  •  Ensure aging follow-up and continuous reconciliations. 
  •  Responsible for Monthly Balance Confirmation for distributors.
  •  Handle distributor’s complaints within the required timeline. 
  •  Assist whenever requested by Sales team in confirming issues with problematic distributors. 
  • Ensure proper implementation of Sales and Credit policy by Distributors and Sales Team.
  •  Implement Inventory Check at the Distributor’s site according to the pre-agreed plan.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar field
  • Luxor resident
