Experience in Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP), artificial lift systems, or manufacturing processes
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Computer proficiency

Conflict Resolution and Problem-Solving experience
Knowledge of production processes and flow of product
