Job Description
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers.
- Receive and process insurance products systems and applications.
- Manage portfolio of customers.
- Primary assigned merchants each month to work as awareness point for insurance in his area.
Job Requirements
- Perform net of merchants acting as awareness point of insurance in their areas
- Active daily point of contact for customers request or interest in different insurance products
- Active daily handling of the net performed selling, requirements, marketing tools & problem handling
- Handle all back office requirements and daily contact with them
- Develop and maintain cross selling transactions
- Process and issue customer insurance applications and requests
- Maintain adequate awareness of insurance product offerings & compliance requirements
