Job Description
Reporting to: Deputy Medical Director
- Manage and lead all nursing processes and procedures: Includes (but not limited to)
- Patient care process
- Medication dispensing cycle
- Infection Control
- ECT and Physician Consultations
- Lab cycle
- Coordination of patient care with physicians and nurse aids.
- Respond to any nursing related issues in a timely manner.
- Scheduling nurses across all patient departments.
- Evaluate staff performance and prepare accurate reports.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Full-Time offer
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited university.
- Experience in a psychiatric setting for at least 3 years.
- Management & leadership experience.
- Knowledge of Quality Improvement basic processes and procedures.
- Strong personal skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ministry of Health license.
- Nursing Syndicate license
