Job Description
- Providing procurement support as directed by the Procurement Head
- Monitoring the delivery of goods and services and other procurement activities.
- Assisting in the implementation of supplier contracts
- Liaising with the Procurement in areas of commercial or reputational risk
- Feeding back departmental sourcing requirements to the Procurement to help identify where aggregated spend might offer better value for money
- Ensure the procurement process or buying requirements as requested by the Procurement Head.
- Ensure the policy for equality of opportunities is promoted in all aspects.
- Ensure effective quality control and continuous improvement in all aspects of the work and responsibilities attached to the post
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any relevant
- From 1 to 3 years in the same relevant field
- Very Good negotiation skills
- Background in local and foreign purchasing
- Very Good command of English both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Assisting in grant-specific requirements and best practice overseas procurement.
- SAP User is preferred.
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills are required.
- Team contribution and Well-organized.
