About the job
With the launch of Ski Egypt, the first snow themed amusement park in Egypt, Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging (DEI) is looking to hire an enthusiastic, outgoing Photo Service Associate, with a natural ability for interfacing with people at all sorts of situations.
As an employee of DEI you will be combining work with fun every day. Whether you're one of our roving photographers or working in our retail booths, the fun and excitement of interacting with the visitors in a positive environment is waiting for you.
- Capture the best images for Ski Egypt visitors (individuals, families, and kids)
- Engage with guests, encourage them and direct them when taking photos
- Manage the processing of images, discuss technical problems, check for quality and deal with clients' concerns
- Process payments by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers...etc
- Compute and record transactions, calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales
- Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records
- Compile finished products for sale, including albums and framed prints
- Achieve overall sales target given
- Achieve individual KPIs
- Ensure the site is ready to start daily operations, stocked and cleaned to a high standard

Job Requirements
Photography experience is not required. We have trained over 2,500 professionals, we will teach you everything! You just need to:
- be able to speak and communicate in English
- be flexible to work for 9 hours per shift for 6 days per week (rotating shifts day and night, including weekends and public holidays)
- have a pleasant personality and a positive outlook
- be an extrovert who does not mind striking up conversations with complete strangers
