Job Description
- Analyze work activities, and set performance measures in support of the Indirect channel's business plan.
- Dealing with the current list of Brokerage companies.
- Find new Brokerage companies to deal with.
- Analyze reports/sales results, and develop action plans designed to increase sales.
- Achieve the sales objective, meeting with the targets before deadlines.
- Open new channels with new brokerage companies.
- Provide orientations of the company's new projects to the brokerage companies.
- Supervise the indirect sales department team.
