Job Description

  • Analyze work activities, and set performance measures in support of the Indirect channel's business plan.
  • Dealing with the current list of Brokerage companies.
  • Find new Brokerage companies to deal with.
  • Analyze reports/sales results, and develop action plans designed to increase sales.
  • Achieve the sales objective, meeting with the targets before deadlines.
  • Open new channels with new brokerage companies.
  • Provide orientations of the company's new projects to the brokerage companies.
  • Supervise the indirect sales department team.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent people management skills with demonstrated ability to heighten individual and team performance
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Initiative and self-discipline
  • Proven working experience as a real estate broker
  • Proven track record of sales
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Presentable
  • Very Good communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Good command of English and MS Office program
  • Valid license to practice the profession of real estate broker
