Job Description
- Developing and building positive relationships with our customers to support achievement of forecasted volume targets and pricing targets in his section that its inline with the area targets.
- Ensure presenting, signing and implementing the agreements by customer by outlet as per company guidelines to achieve superior in store presence.
- Implement monthly Promo Calendar and ensure successful implantation.
- Control and report section / customer use of budgets and Allocations, remaining within authorized limits guidelines and deadlines to utilize these budgets in delivering the area objectives.
- Ensure 80% of his time is spent in the field to understand customer systems/needs. Develops effective approaches that exploit these systems for better business results and assessment and development for merchandiser’s field performance.
- Submit quality report that includes quarterly and monthly reports to identify and tackle opportunities internally and externally.
- Develop with the customer Joint Business Plan that includes In store Solutions and design a promotional calendar with the key customer that is in line with the company's Initiatives Master Plan to achieve competitive advantage.
- Develop conceptual sell presentations to achieve breakthrough ideas
- Report competitive activities in the market with recommended actions to maintain competitive advantage
Job Requirements
- University graduate.
- V.Good English & Computer skills.
- Excelling in experience in the same field.
- Minimum 3-5 yeas in FMCG sales
