Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, records, and reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and company accounting standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role (preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
