Job Description
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all company and project branding materials.
- Design brochures, flyers, project presentations, hoardings, social media content, website elements, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and architectural teams to translate project ideas into compelling visuals.
- Create visual mockups for property launches, events, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee production of marketing materials, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
- Work with third-party vendors (printers, signage companies, etc.) to ensure accurate production of deliverables.
- Support 3D renderings and site plan illustrations with complementary graphic design elements.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the construction and real estate industry.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, architecture, or construction.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/After Effects is a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, and real estate/construction-related design work.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with print production processes and digital design formats.
- Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a passion for clean, modern, and functional design.
