Job Description
• To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet, and personal inquiries.
• To ensure that all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear information and that they are inputted accurately and promptly onto the system.
• To create daily floor sheets detailing reservations.
Job Requirements
• 1 to 2 years of similar experience is preferably
• v.good command of English
• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• Confident, self-motivated, passionate, and committed.
• Friendly, professional, honest, reliable, and trustworthy
* Full time (Rotational 1 day off )
Giza residence are preferable
