Job Description

 

  • Follow and control daily quality plan.
  • Follow all quality procedures as per announced company policy.
  • Strategically coordinate entire quality activities for smooth production of quality product.
  • Analysis of customer complaints & testing samples from customer. 
  • Manage the entire product line cycle.
  • Drawing the action plan for the quality process
  • Utilization of resources (materials, machine, consumables and manpower) efficiently to maximize quality of output product.
  • Strategically coordinate entire quality activities for smooth production of high-quality product.
  • Make decisions about B-grade gradation (quarantine and product release) and quality plan.
  • Identify process deficiencies and operational gaps to increase the A-grade production.
  • Resolve issues related to trouble shooting.
  • Implement standardized workflows and guide the daily work.
  • ISO and BRC requirements. 
  • Follow-Up all daily lab activities and monitor the performance of the quality team.
  • Follow-Up all quality activities including line and offline inspection.
  • Follow all new development and trials.
  • Monitoring of B-grade generation and out the required CAPA to minimize it.
  • Put the new procedures for minimizing customer complaint.
  • Follow up of the daily activities of ISo-9001 and BRC.
  • Preparing of COA.
  • Maintain all physical properties for FFE order.
  • Complaint analysis and put the required CAPA.
  • Monitor the laboratory devices situation and ensure it is work properly and calibrated!
  • ISO and BRC requirements and implementation
  • Ensure implementation and effectiveness of HSE instruction and environmental protection instructions. 
  • Ensure implementation and effectiveness of company policies (Food safety, HSE, environmental, sharp control and entrance of production hall).
  • Ensuring availability of resources needed to implementation of management systems (BRC, ISO 9001, OHSAS and EMS).

Job Requirements

  • Faculty of science, department of Chemistry
  • Minimum 10 -  15 years of experience in the similar industry
  • Very good English & Computer skills
  • The same manufacturing field background is a MUST

Technical and Behavioral Skills

  • Knowledge of BOPET/BOPP/ CPP products ,Manufacturing  process & Equipment's
  • Able to generate creative/innovative solution in work solutions
  • Ability to demonstrate customer service orientation both for external and internal customers
  • Ability to foster team work ( Functional and CFT) at a systemic level in the organization
  • Display sense of accountability and ownership of work  and go beyond to achieve desired result
  • Ability to tackle problem  by using logical, systematic and sequential approach
  • Display system and Process Orientation Approach
  • Ability to communicate in logical and simple manner and develop shared understanding and consensus on the specific goal/ objective.
  • Ability to identify and  implement change in the system
  • Ability to link resources, strategy  and goals to foster commitment to the vision of the organization
  • Implementation of the required systems (ISO and BRC)
