Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, providing guidance on coding standards, best practices, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with designers to transform design mockups and wireframes into responsive and interactive web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of front-end development projects, including setting project milestones, managing timelines, and coordinating resources.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and optimization to ensure the performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility of web applications
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end libraries/frameworks (e.g. Ionic, , Angular, React) with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior developer role, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of front-end developers.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects effectively.
