Job Description
Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans for all mechanical equipment
Diagnose complex faults in HVAC, Fire Fighting, Elevators, Pumps, Generators, Boilers systems
Monitor equipment performance and prepare efficiency reports
Supervise contractors and suppliers work
Lead and manage a team of 10-20 technicians and junior engineers
Assign tasks and monitor adherence to maintenance schedules
Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians' performance
Manage spare parts inventory and procurement requests
Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and OSHA standards
Implement safety procedures for hazardous equipment handling
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major breakdowns
Ensure all work complies with specifications and international codes
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering 10-15 years of experience in Maintenance & Operation
Strong technical expertise in:
HVAC Systems (Chillers, AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF)
Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems
Pumps, Plumbing Networks & Water Systems
Ability to read and interpret Mechanical Drawings & As-Built
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and CMMS Software
Experience in preparing annual maintenance budgets
