Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to determine current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Job Requirements

✅ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the non-profit sector.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
