Job Description
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of electrical, civil, and utility systems.
- Implement regular inspection in all facility areas within the site to ensure activities are conducted safely and appropriately.
- Maintain schedules and methods for providing facility maintenance services; identify resource needs
- Ensure all facilities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and third-party service providers.
- Monitor and report on facility and engineering performance.
- Support project planning and execution for facility upgrades or expansions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical background in facility systems and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
