Job Description
We are opening a Cairo-based operations center to support our United States trucking business and are hiring dedicated, full-time team members for long-term roles in dispatching, accounting, fleet coordination, and safety support. This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing American company and build a stable career in international logistics.
Work Schedule:
- Cairo Time: 3:00 PM – 00:00 AM
- US Eastern Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Days: 6 days/week (1 day off – Saturday or Sunday)
Responsibilities:
- Manage freight loads from pick-up to delivery
- Communicate in real-time with US drivers and brokers
- Enter and update shipment details in our systems
- Troubleshoot delivery or schedule issues under pressure
Training & Hiring Process:
Total training period: 4 weeks
- Week 1: Unpaid training
- After Week 1: Short exam
- Candidates who pass the exam will receive a 2,000 EGP bonus
- Weeks 2–4: Paid training (6,000 EGP total for 3 weeks)
- After training, candidates will take a final exam to determine eligibility for full-time hiring
Job Requirements

- Fluent English (American accent preferred)
- Turkish and Russian language skills are a big plus
- Other languages are also welcome – mention in your CV
- Organized, reliable, and stress-resistant
- Experience is a plus, but not required – we will train you
