Senior Marketing & Sales For Lines And Vision (Female)

• We are looking for a Marketing and business specialist, well experienced in the field of Real Estate & development, and has worked closely in the past with firms offering architecture or Interior Design services or with large international developers in the region.
• The firm is a successful international design service provider, looking to enter into the Egyptian market to target the international large scale developers and high profile clients for high quality projects.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a marketing strategy based on his/her knowledge of the market. You will help us create a strong brand presence in the luxury interior design segment with innovative marketing ideas, networking opportunity creations, marketing campaigns, and marketing events.
• You will collaborate with the head office team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their business goals. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts. 

Responsibilities

  Scan the marketplace, identify the competitive advantages, know our firm’s strengths and USPs, and then articulate and execute marketing strategies to launch and sustain initiatives to achieve intended goals

Create a clear and effective marketing strategy with action points and KPIs

Conduct market research to identify target clients with the highest revenue generating probability

 Plan and execute campaigns and events
