Job Description
Main Tasks:
- Financial Administration:
- Handling office daily Cash finances – Journal Entries
- Collection and follow up of payments due on Office Sales Agents
- Maintaining accounts receivable:
- Maintaining accounts payable:
- Documentation and filing of receipts and invoices
- Daily reporting: Cash Ledger, collection status, etc…
- Preparing and updating financial reports
- If needed, go on errands for collection and finances.
- Handling contracts and payments from Developers:
- Contracts
- Archiving contracts
- Communication and follow up on payments
- Issuing invoices on Tax Portal
- Tracking payments to Vendors
- Medical Insurance
- Social Insurance
- Handling cheques (printing and getting them signed)
- Execution of online transfers of monthly expenses from company’s bank account

Characteristics & Requirements:
- Graduate of Accounting Major, knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
- Organized and Enthusiastic
- Multi-tasker
- Flexible and fast learner
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- Very good English – written.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Age: maximum 28 years old
- Females only
- Living near 6 October
Work conditions and Other Benefits:
