Job Description
- Finance Manager required
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning - Your responsibilities will include providing financial insights and projections to management.
- You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning.
- You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.
- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Accounting - Oversee accounting daily operations
- Prepare and manage monthly reporting package with monthly operating review and KPIs
- Responsible for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital asset reconciliations, etc
- Responsible for Tax accounting and supporting Tax reporting Plan.
- Monitoring and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
Treasury & Finance Operations - Responsible for treasury and bank relationship support and coordination to maximize returns on idle cash
- Supporting the company’s financial operations with its partner bank for e-money management, settlement and reconciliation of the company’s revenues and expenses
- Implement a structure to monitor B2B partner's advance payments and invoice payment
Tax & Compliance - Responsible for tax authorities’ requirements including all types of returns, required submissions, reconciliations, tax audits as well as the company’s regional tax submissions.
- Maintain full compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Acts as the focal point for tax authorities, and internal and external auditors.
- Prepares and coordinates internal/external audit requirements and reconciliations.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years as Finance Manager
- Working knowledge of financial accounting disciplines, including, but not limited to tax accounting, tax compliance and reporting, audit, treasury and bank relationship support
- English is required, spoken and written
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
