Job Description
- Create creative designs solutions for print, web, and social media and all needed channels
- Design printed materials and commercials.
- Design logos and corporate identities.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material, copy, font style and size…etc.
- Make sure that the design’s team is aware of the corporate identity and deliver the work accordingly
- Serves the marketing department and other departments in the company
- Responsible of organizing the work load and pipeline to make sure nothing is delayed and everything is delivered on time
- Choose / give the needed courses to make sure that his / her team and update with the market / brand needs.
- Responsible for leading the team of designers to deliver high quality designs.
Job Requirements
- Suitable Bachelor’s degree.
- Not less than 5 years of experience.
- Very strong sense of creativity.
- Excellent coordination and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- High energy, self-starter who can motivate others.
- Communication skills at all levels.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
