Job Description

For one of our clients in KSA .

Qualification :

The following is a list of essential skills and competencies:-

  • Minimum of 3+ experience working within a Cisco network services voice environment. Including Cisco Unity Voicemail, Cisco Unified Contact Centre and Cisco Fax gateways.
  • Cisco Voice certified to a minimum CCNA Voice
  • Strong and proven track record in managing, configuring and implementing Cisco voice solutions. Including strong knowledge of ISDN30, DPNSS, Qsig and SIP technologies.
  • Communicate and work closely with Network Architects to assist in design of new networking solutions.
  • Communicate and develop third party vendor relationships in order to maintain contractually binding service level agreements.
  • Provide technical and operational guidance to other team members.
  • Responds to instructions or follows agreed plans to install or remove items of hardware and/or software (typically those requiring greatest expertise in installation); finds the necessary items and checks that these are as described in the instructions or plans.
  • Installs or removes hardware and/or software, using supplied installation instructions and tools; follows agreed standards, including where appropriate those for electrical work. Agrees the timing of the work with those affected, e.g. users, operations management.
  • Conducts tests of the hardware and/or software affected using supplied test procedures and diagnostic tools.
  • Corrects malfunctions, calling on other experienced colleagues and external resources if required. Documents results in accordance with agreed procedures.
  • Ensures all defined (ITIL based) procedures are followed and that customer SLA are adhered to.
  • Expert knowledge of the Network (Hardware, software and concepts) Infrastructure like: Cisco and MS Lync PBX systems, Call Recorders and Call Loggers.
