Job Description
The Operations' executive is expected to:
- Handle projects that require complex planning and integration of multiple tasks
- Manage Operations for strategic projects' accounts.
- Conduct sales activities through enrollment process.
- Meet clients and solve their problems.
- Travel to different locations/organizations to follow up on workflow.
- Supervise and Event plan for more than one project.
- Finalize deals in face to face sales' meetings.
- Update daily interview schedule with scheduled appointments for inquiries.
- Enter and manage customer information on CRM.
- Prepare invoices, collect customer payments.
- Prepare reports and required documents.
- Manage material inventory.
Shifts:
- 8 working hours.
- 5 days a week- Fridays and Saturdays off.
- Work Locations available: Maadi
Job Requirements
The perfect candidate should:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in any major (A MUST).
- 6-10 years experience in the field of sales/retail.
- Have a good command of written & spoken English language.
- Have the ability to work in a team.
- Have the ability to work under pressure as he/she will have face-to-face interactions with the clients.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have excellent sales skills.
- Work professionally with Excel.
- Have a proper operations background.
- Be flexible as the job requires to travel within Egypt (preferably have a car).
- Have adaptability, positive attitude and presentability.
- Professional business and email writing skills.
