About the Job

Main Job Duties:

  • Manage the Digital marketing department.
  • Work internally to upskill the team members.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns with the help of the team.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Develop strategies for online campaigns ,activations and assess against goals.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns in both social media and search engines.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments.
  • Identify the latest digital trends and technologies.
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards and Google Analytics.
  • Work with the web development team to optimize copy for search engine optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, and social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube and more).
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Support the sales team to develop powerful digital strategies for pitching.
  • work with the creative team to brainstorm new and innovative content strategies.
  • Evaluate the team and work on development plans accordingly.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a managerial level.
  • V.good English proficiency.
  • Proven work experience as a digital marketing manager.
  • Excellent and friendly communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable about SEO, Google Adwords, Google Adsense.
  • Familiar with web design and content management systems.
  • Have knowledge about HTML, CSS required for improving websites SEO.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent mentoring and people management skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Creative thinking.
