1- Following up Attendance Reports in the Head Quarter.
2- Following up Vacations Balances in the Head Quarter.
3- Following up the Hiring and Termination processes in the Head Quarter and fulfilling its procedures.
4- Preparing the Employment Contracts for all the New Hired Employees.
5- Dealing with both of labor offices and social insurance offices.
6- Ensure applying the Legal rules and regulations in accordance with the labor law and insurance law.
7- Preparing and execute the Governmental Medical insurance for all the employees.
8- Preparing and maintain a strong database for the both of hired and terminated employees.
9- Preparing the monthly reports about the hired, terminated employees, sick leaves, Misconducts, also the turnover rates and any other required reports.
10- Preparing the monthly transactions of the head quarter and deliver these reports to the payroll sections.
11- Handling all procedures of the probation period process and Contract Renewals.
