Job Description

  • Lead the Pre-Paid Segment team to propose commercial initiatives (roadmap items) in order to meet company’s marketing objectives
  • Develop marketing plans specifying commercial objectives and how to achieve them.
  • Define commercial solutions (product, price, distribution, customer service) covering the identified needs and wants.
  • Monitor regularly customer data and develop analysis and reporting tools to have overview of initiative performance.  
  • Monitor segment specific KPI’s in order to design and implement needed corrective actions.
  • Determine business objectives through Market Research and focus/panels with customers
  • Provide competitive analysis reports by monitoring local and regional developments.
  • Compose and oversee promotions for main products/services across the market
  • Present structured findings and recommendations on a regular basis to the management
  • Identify business or operational root-causes analyses of non-performing products/services
  • Conduct regular market benchmarks and suggest enhancements to product value proposition
  • Interact with sales team on sales targets per channel
  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned or needed.

Job Requirements

  • University degree, diploma in Marketing, Business or related fields will be considered a plus At least 5-7 years working experience, progressive experience in similar positions (management of telecommunications products and services development/business analysis) would be a plus;
  • Knowledge about Egyptian telecom market with focus on prepaid products area including market trends, customer requirements, technologies, competitive position and related product area
  • Good understanding of segmentation and marketing communication channels.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral
  • Teamwork, verbal and written communications skills;
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines, and multitasking;
  • Able to compile, synthesizes and present facts clearly; ability to plan and organize activities; to establish priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented, persuasive, dynamic
  • Able to learn fast and to show creativeness and proactivity.
