Job Description
- Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
- Organizing executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings etc.
- Answering phone calls and directing them.
- Arrange bookings for executives.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
