Job Description
- Enlisting all of the daily orders with all of the details needed (ISBN no./ shelf no./ quantity/ publisher/…), and then finding them with the head of the section's help.
- Ordering the books that are not currently available at the bookshop.
- Keeping up with the drivers & warehouse controllers in case of any missing books or a delay in the delivery.
- Preparing the ordered books for packaging and making sure that they're clean & in good shape.
- Attaching the printed labels (AWB) to the related shipping pouch.
- Handing over the item to the courier or Drop-off at the courier hub for faster shipment & Ensuring that all orders have been received by the right courier on time, whether they are SOUQ, NOON, or ARAMEX shipping clerks.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in speaking and writing in English and Arabic.
- Communicating effectively.
- Accuracy and organization in performing the assigned tasks.
