A Real Estate developing company established in 2016 is looking forward to hiring a General Manager
Main Job Duties:
- Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
- Reporting to the Chairman, providing market insights and strategic advice.
- Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency.
- Overseeing the company's delivery operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated.
- Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations.
- Creating new business opportunities and setting up customer meetings.
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
- Increase the company's revenue by acquiring new customers.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Real estate 10 years at least
- Experience as General manager for at least 3 years is a must in real estate only
- MBA Holder is preferred
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Awareness of business trends
- Result-oriented coupled with strong analytical skills.
