About the Job

  • Bocsha is changing how people are consuming fish, thus we are building a customer experience team that advises clients and converts them to the bocsha way!
  • Assists with customer advise, orders, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handle customer questions and advice via phone, email, mail, or social media.
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers for retention, feedback and inquiries.
  • Extract customer suggestions and present those to management to be implemented.
  • Compile reports on consumer behavior and suggest innovations that bocsha can adopt

 

Job Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of food and cooking methods plus the willingness to learn
  • Females Only
  • Excellent communications Skills and general client empathy
  • Very Good command of the English & Arabic language spoken and written.
