Job Description
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by staff members.
- Manage the creative team.
- Produces art layouts by developing art concepts; providing work direction to staff.
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media.
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
- Collaborate with other managers and functions within the organization to deliver superior and high-quality design services.
- Responsible for all creative artwork/designs delivered from his function.
- Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape, and track campaigns' performance.
- Create processes and tools to support team's operations and ensure adherence of the team.
- Develop and present creative projects that support agreed upon goals and strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements
- High proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
- A proven track record of delivering great creative concepts is a must.
- Must be ambitious, flexible, innovative, and enthusiastic.
- Experience in both 2D and 3D.
- Outstanding leadership and organization skills.
- Deep understanding of fundamental visual design principles.
- Minimum 3 years as Art Director.
- Alexandria Residents.
