Job Description

  • Our work environment is fast-paced, and the sales manager is often moving from one task to another, answering questions, holding meetings, delegating responsibilities, assisting sales teem, and acting as a voice of encouragement. If you are a results-driven and sales-oriented people person, a job as a sales manager at our Travel Agency might be perfect for you
  • Build & Develop a strong relationships with key accounts
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits
  • Set the overall direction of the sales department with the support and direction of the Management
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives Management
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales target
  • Create interest by controlling phone call scripts and customer-meeting checklists
  • Maintain contact with current customers ensuring their satisfaction
  • Achieve a minimum of 95% of sales targets

Job Requirements

  • Min 4 years of experience in the same industry
  • Maintaining Self-Confidence and Good Listening
  • Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge
  • Highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
  • Languages Skills: English - Arabic
  • Computer Skills: MS Office
