Job Description
- Handling technical cases for business customers
- Following up with the customers
- Reviewing the invoices with the customers
- Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
