About the Job
  • Handling technical cases for business customers
  • Following up with the customers
  • Reviewing the invoices with the customers
  • Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Job Requirements
  • Graduates only can apply
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Males must have identified military service
  • (Very good up to Fluent) Command of English
