Job brief

  • We are looking for a high-performing corporate (B2B) Sales specialist to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
  • You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Our Hiring Process: 

 In an effort to ensure we are the best possible fit for each other we do run a 2-stage hiring process: 

  • 1st Stage (Breaking the Ice) where we meet in person (so long it is possible) to communicate properly and get to know each other a little bit. Cool, now if we clicked, we move on to the second stage.
  • 2nd stage (The Deal) it is now your call to further demonstrate/prove why would it be you and not some one else?! In other words, close us on you.

Whilst it is up to you to choose the best possible way to convince us, a general tip is that you could further present a quantifiable result from your past experience and how can this be used for us in future (this is only for reference.).

Requirements

  • Successful previous experience (5+ years) as a sales representative or similar title, consistently meeting or exceeding targets most preferred selling professional training and/or service-based products/courses.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. 
    Excellent Knowledge of CRM software (e.g Hubspot, Sales Force, Zoho )
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
